Curry Brecht

Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 16, 2002 at Southwest Baptist Church with Rev. Jody Meason, Minister of Cornerstone Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be at Llano East Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St., Amarillo, Texas.

Mr. Brecht was born in Amarillo, TX. He attended Lawndale Elementary and Bowie Middle School. He graduated from Caprock High School in 1999. He was a student at WTAMU and attended Amarillo College. He was studying for a criminal justice degree and had aspirations of becoming a US Marshall.

He was employed by Pameco Corporation for over a year. He loved to play soccer, baseball, and softball. Curry will be missed greatly by his many friends and loved ones.

Survivors include his parents, Kathy Brecht of the home, and Don Brecht and his stepmother, Cindy Brecht of Lubbock; 1 sister, Blakni Riley and husband Johnathan Riley of Amarillo; 2 brothers, Matthew Crawford and wife Stephanie of Lubbock and Nathan Crawford of Denton; his grandparents, Lois and Herman Ledbetter of Pampa; his great-grandmothers, Florence Simonton of Pampa and Doris Garner of Malvern, Arkansas; 2 uncles, Ronnie and Donnie Ledbetter and families of Pampa; numerous cousins; and many wonderful friends.
