Dorothy Hardison, 80 of Amarillo died Monday May 26, 2008 in Amarillo. Services will be at 10:00 AM Friday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Dr. Chester O'Brien, officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Hardison was born in Kansas City, MO to Earl and Mary (Knox) Boles. She graduated from Childress High School. She moved to Amarillo in 1950 from Childress. Mrs. Hardison was a homemaker and a devoted Christian. She was a long time member of First Baptist Church. She married Malcholm Hardison in 1947 at Childress. He died in 1990 Survivors include her cousin, Peggy Gurn of Amarillo and her beloved dog, Lucky.
