Ac Hulsey

AC Hulsey, 90 of Amarillo died Tuesday, November 12, 2002. Services will be at 11:00 AM Friday at Llano Mausoleum Chapel with Jay Roberson, pastor of Tascosa Road Fellowship officiating. Interment will be at Llano Cemetery. Military Rites will be by the Disabled American Veterans Chapter # 26. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Mr. Hulsey was born in Asher, OK. He moved to Amarillo in 1938 from Ardmore. He served in the Navy during WWII. He worked as an electrician for 39 years and retired from Bryant Electric in 1977. He was a 50 year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and was also a member of Southlawn Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Harriet Dowd Hulsey in 1968 and his second wife, Lois Wiletta Hulsey in 2000. Survivors include: 1 daughter; Linda Franks and her husband; Tom of Amarillo, 1 son; Art Hulsey and his wife Geri of Amarillo, 1 sister; Meryl Porolcyk of Spokane, WA, 1 brother Dale Hulsey of Amarillo, 4 step-children and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
