Alice B. Temple

Alice B. Temple 81 of Amarillo died Sunday January 18, 2009 in Amarillo. Memorial graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday at Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock with Mike Martindale, pastor of Heights Fellowship Church in Lubbock officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Mrs. Temple was born Levelland. She moved to Amarillo 30 years ago from Dalhart. Mrs. Temple was a homemaker. She loved reading, being outdoors and caring for her many pets. She married Robert Earl Temple in 1947 at Clovis. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2000 and a son, Bobby in 1968 She is survived by her daughter, Tyla Morrison of Amarillo; a sister, Iva Dell Trull and her husband Dale of Lubbock; 1 grandson, Colby Morrison and his wife Cari of Amarillo. The body will not be available for viewing.
