Barbara Ann Coons, age 68, passed peacefully on January 18, 2024, surrounded by love in Amarillo, Texas. Born on June 21, 1955, in Chester, Pennsylvania, she brought joy and light into the world and kept it shining brilliantly throughout her life.

Barbara's vibrant spirit was matched only by her creative passions. She found joy in her crafts, video games, and online poker, always eager for a spirited game or project. Her zeal for life made her the undeniable life of the party, a role she cherished and performed with natural grace. Barbara was a caring beacon to her family and friends, enriching lives with her friendship and passion.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Keith Heying, her sons, George and Christopher Johnson, her sister Carol Ann, and brothers Albert and Tom Richardson. Barbara danced through life with a friendly smile, infusing every moment with creativity and fervor. She will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
