Betty J. Stone

Betty J. Stone of Amarillo died Tuesday, May 22, 2012. A Celebration of Life reception will be held Friday, May 25th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 3913 Danbury. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home. Mrs. Stone was born July 28, 1934 in Matador, Texas. She married the love of her life Bobby Stone 60 years ago. She worked at the Globe News. Her biggest joy in life was raising her three sons, and two grandchildren,who considered her a blessing everyday. Survivors include her husband, three sons, Kenny and wife Karen, Darryl and Gary all of Amarillo. Two grandchildren Bennett and Matthew Stone of Amarillo and two sisters, Karen of Henryetta, Texas and Nell of Matador, Texas.
