Billie Sue (Goyne) Almanza 83, of White Deer, died Friday, June 24, 2016 in Pampa. Inurnment services will be at 2:30 PM Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Memory Gardens Cemetery Mausoleum in Pampa. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St., Amarillo, Texas. Billie Sue (Goyne) Almanza was born April 25, 1933 at Fieldton, Texas to L.R. (Snooks) and Mildred Goyne. She was a faithful Catholic, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was known for her ability to cook, especially the best fried potatoes. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Lupe Almanza, two daughters, Pam and husband Michael Edwards of Montgomery Alabama, Anita and husband Mark Demerest of White Deer, three sons, Monte and wife Liz of Samnorwood, Alfonso and wife Jamie of Pampa, and Alan and wife Kelly of Hawaii, two sisters, Loy Doggett of Lubbock and Iva Huneycutt of Arkadelphia, AR. She had 9 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren . She had several nieces and nephews.
