Bill was born on March 20, 1928 in Romero, TX. He had resided in Dalhart for several years, and Dumas prior to moving to Amarillo in 1980. He served in the U.S. Army during W W II, and retired from the Texas Highway Department in 1987. He married Lenetta Callis in 1950. Bill was a member of several distinguished organizations including the American Legion Post No. 0054, a life member of the 11th Airborne Association, the Knights Templar of Texas Commandery 48, and was part of the Masonic Rock Island Lodge 869. He was also a member of First Christian Church, Dalhart. He was preceded in death by a son, Dan Frazier. Bill loved to fish and hunt. He was described, by many, as a genuinely good man. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his wife; a son Bill Frazier Jr. and wife Judy all of Amarillo; 3 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
