Billy E. Fletcher E. Fletcher 74 of Amarillo died Sunday March 4, 2007 at the Thomas E. Creek Veterans Affairs Hospital. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the Quail Cemetery at Quail with Rev. Robert Field, retired Baptist Minster officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage St. Mr. Fletcher was born in New Boston, TX. He moved to Amarillo in 1954 from San Diego, CA. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Fletcher worked at the Texaco Refinery in Amarillo for 30 years and retired in 1985. After his retirement, enjoyed wood carving and was an avid fisherman. He married Reba O'Hair on March 6, 1953 at San Diego. He was a member of Bolton Street Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, one daughter; Debbie Service of Houston, 2 sons; James Fletcher and Dwayne Fletcher both of Amarillo, 1 sister, Wanda Sue Major of Lake Tanglewood, 1 brother; Kenneth Fletcher of Lake Tanglewood and 2 grandchildren. The family requests memorials be to the Quail Cemetery, Quail, Texas
