Bobby Stone

Bobby Stone 85, of Amarillo died Saturday November 5, 2016 in Amarillo. Graveside Service will be held Friday, November 11, 2016 at 1:00 PM Llano Cemetery. Celebration of Life Services will be at 3:00 PM Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 1611 SE 36th Ave. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Bobby was born on March 18, 1931 in Perryton to Lois and Lorene Stone. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. He retired as a Boiler Operator at Pantex. Bobby loved coaching his children. His passion was raising his children and grandchildren. He continued coaching well after his children were grown for Kids Inc. He was a loving husband a great father and grandfather. He is proceeded by, wife Betty J. Stone and a brother Billy D. Stone. He is survived by, one sister Shirley Garrison, three sons Darryl L. Stone, Gary D. Stone and Kenny K. Stone, two grandchildren Matthew J. Stone and Bennet B. Stone, one great granddaughter, Violet Q Parker.
