Brenda Sue Ennis

Brenda Sue Ennis 71, of Amarillo died Monday, August 24, 2020 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 4 pm Saturday at Claude Cemetery with Jerry Dave officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Sue was born on May 14, 1949 in Tulia to Theodore and Rua Nora Phillips.After high school, she moved to Oklahoma City where she worked as a civilian production tech at Tinker Air Force Base. She moved to Amarillo more than 35 years ago from Oklahoma. Sue worked at Ben E. Keith before retiring. Sue attended Pleasant Valley Christian Church and was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and three sisters. She is survived by three sons, Shane Ennis of Amarillo, Rodney Lynn Ennis and his wife Melanie of Harjo, OK and David Shawn Ennis and his wife Tammy of Noble, OK; two sisters, Shirley Chaffee and Linda Choat both of Amarillo; one brother, Wayne Phillips of Sunray; her companion, Nathan Vandover of Amarillo; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren Graveside Service Claude Cemetery Saturday, August 29, 2020 4:00 PM Claude, Texas
