Brisa was born on June 13, 2014 to Cristal Vasquez and Miguel A. Torres in Amarillo. She is survived by her parents, a sister Azul Celeste Vasquez, and grandparents Fernando Vasquez, Maria Martinez, and Salvador and Maria Torres.
