Bufford Edward Winegeart

Private burial will be in Rowe Cemetery in Hedley. Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Bufford was a generous and compassionate person who left an indelible impression on the lives of all of those who knew him. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and grandfather. Bufford was also a loyal friend and was always quick to offer a helping hand. He was an extraordinary example of how to love thy neighbor and live life to the fullest. He preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Shelton Winegeart; and two brothers, Murl and Billy Winegeart. Survivors include a sister, Rubye Davis of Marshall; his soul mate and loving wife of 62 years, Fannie Joe Winegeart of McLean; his daughter and son-in-law, Meloney Dyer and Richard of Amarillo; and two grandchildren.
