Carol Lynn O'Daniel

Carol Lynn O'Daniel, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 73 in Amarillo, Texas. Carol's life journey began in Dalhart, Texas, on September 9, 1951, where she was born to Amos and Reva Issacs.

Carol's early years were spent growing up in the tight-knit community of Campo, Colorado, where she graduated from high school. She was a Retail Manager from 1984 to 2004, then as an Optician, where she continued to work until her well-deserved retirement.

Fulfilling her creative passion, Carol found solace in crafting, always engaged in creating something beautiful with her hands. She also had a competitive streak, which she channeled into her bowling team, an activity she thoroughly enjoyed.

Carol's legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, Terry O'Daniel, her daughter, Alisha O'Daniel, her son, Kenneth Farris, her sister, Claudine Mahon, and her brother, Asher Issacs. And her grandchildren, Ashley DeCarlo, Shawn Campbell, Adian Thompson, Bailey Thompson, Jordan Thompson, and her three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Reva Issacs, her sister, Marylan Issacs, and her infant son, Shawn Mark Issacs.
