Carolyn Elaine Essary

Carolyn Elaine Essary 66, of Amarillo died Monday May 5, 2014 in Amarillo. Memorial services will be held at 2:30 pm Saturday in the Church at Quail Creek, 801 Tascosa Rd with Chaplain Ken Haney officiating. Cremation was by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Carolyn was born February 26, 1948 in Amarillo to Woody and Lela Edmonson, she loved listening to oldies music and watching classic T.V. She was also an avid Doll collector. Carolyn enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing board games with her family. She married J.C. Essary Jr. on August 28, 1964 in Amarillo. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Ralph White She is survived by her Husband; a son Michael Essary, 2 daughters, Leah Bullard and Holly Webb all of Amarillo; 2 sisters, Gloria Harvell and Mary Rigdon, 2 brothers, Jim Edmonson, and Michael Thomas Edmonson, and 5 grandchildren
