Carolyn Juanita Groves

Carolyn Juanita Groves, 68, of Amarillo went to be with her Lord on Friday, March 11, 2011. Graveside services will be at 10a.m. Tuesday in Fairview Cemetery in Pampa. Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. in Trinity Fellowship Church West Sanctuary in Amarillo. Arrangements are by Recotr Fuenral Home. Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St. Carolyn was a wonderful mother and grandmother and had a strong relationship with Christ. The family is eternally greatful for all of the faithful caregivers who shared in her care while she was with us. She was preceded in death by a son, Larry S. Willougby, in 2000. Survivors include two children Sherrie L. Slayton and husband Bobby of Amarillo and Gary willoughby and wife JoAnne of Pampa; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a niece, Tammy Harvey; a nephew, Richard Harvey; and a brother, Calvin Jack Harvey. The family suggests memorials be to Gray Care 511 N. Hobart St. Pampa, TX 79065; and Bthesda Outreach Center, 1101 Fritch Highway, Amarillo, TX 79108.
