Carolyn Marie Probst

Carolyn Marie Probst 61, of Amarillo died Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 3 pm Wednesday at Llano East Cemetery with Joe Andrajack, pastor of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Carolyn was born in Seattle, WA, on May 10, 1959 to Merl and Lydia Probst. She was raised Lutheran and graduated from Nathan Hale High School. She excelled at bowling and earned a scholarship to Washington State University to obtain a degree in communication. Carolyn enjoyed all things outdoors, especially, waterskiing and camping. She was an avid Seattle Seahawks fan. She married Jon Minimum in 1979. They had two children, Sarah in 1982 and Kyle in 1986. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie and a sister, Susan. She is survived by her daughter Sarah Albert and her husband Chance of Amarillo; one son, Kyle Minimum of Longview, WA; her brother, Don Olsen of Seattle, WA and five grandchildren, Nicolas, Jacob, Makenzie, Elizabeth and Tori.
