Cathy Roach Grimm

Cathy Roach Grimm 56, of Amarillo died Sunday, October 21, 2012 in Amarillo. Services for family and friends will be from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at her sons' home, 915 S. Austin in Amarillo. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Ms. Grimm was born in Ottawa, Illinois. She moved to Amarillo in 1979 from Cleburne. She left Amarillo in 1998 and lived in several different places before returning to Amarillo in 2007. Ms. Grimm was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. She worked at KAMR Channel 4 as a news director for several years. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by two sons, Travis Gilley and Jonathan Traylor, both of Amarillo; her daughter, Caitie Grimm of Amarillo; two brothers, Dennis Roach of Cleburne and Bill Roach of Weatherford; one sister, Debra Martin of Cleburne; her mother Shirley Roach of Cleburne and 5 precious grandchildren. The family suggests memorial donations to a charity of their choice.
