Cindy Anne Bettag

A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 25 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Mike Ecker, of Immanuel Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Cindy Anne was born on September 14, 1959 in Savannah, Georgia to Marvin and Flora Bettag. The family moved to Amarillo in 1974. Cindy was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother who loved and cared for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, and her sister, Deidra. Survivors include her son, Marcus and wife Christina of Amarillo; her father, Marvin also of Amarillo; brothers, Mike and wife Phyllis of Kingston, OK, and Marvin and wife Millie of Amarillo; 4 granddaughters, Caitlin, Mikaela, Kenzie, and Dakota; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Barbara, Suzanne, Denis, and Freda.
