Damon Gillette Wilkerson, 26 of Amarillo died Thursday July 22, 2004 at Amarillo. Services will be at 12:00 PM Wednesday at Rector Funeral Home Chapel with Marcus Foster, step-father officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Damon was born in Amarillo. He attended Amarillo High School and Oak Grove High School in San Jose, CA. He returned to Amarillo in February. Damon was loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed. Survivors include: his parents, Marcus and Cleada Foster of San Leandro, CA and Robert and Paula Wilkerson of Amarillo, 2 sisters; Kamica Wilkerson of Fremont, CA and Vanessa Wilkerson-McCoy of Oakland, CA, and 4 brothers; Robert Wilkerson, Jr., Justin Wilkerson, Kevin Wilkerson and Dillon Wilkerson all of Amarillo.
