Daniel A. Medina 68 of Amarillo died Thursday April 9, 2003 at Amarillo. Rosary will be at 7:00 PM Friday at Rector Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Saturday at St. Laurence Cathedral. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Medina was born in Corn City, TX. He moved to Amarillo in 2002. He was a member of St. Laurence Cathedral. Survivors include 2 daughters; Angela Gutierrez and Patricia Vasquez both of Duncan, OK, his mother; Martina Medina of Amarillo, 7 sisters; Margaret Vigil and Martha Nevarez both of Albuquerque, NM, Juanita Rocha, Leonora Chavez and Juanita Hernandez all of Amarillo, Toni Holton of Tulia and Pauline Garcia of Ulysses, KS, 3 brothers; Guadalupe Medina of El Paso, Sylvester, Medina of Amarillo and Joe Medina of Dumas, 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
