David Bickerstaff

A celebration of his life will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 16 in the Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Wayne Smith, pastor of Victory Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery by Rector Funeral Home 2800 South Osage St. David was born on January 3, 1948 to John and Mary Bickerstaff in Amarillo. He graduated from Caprock High School in 1967. He worked for Metropolitan Ambulance in the early 1970's, and recently for Days Inn from 1994 to present. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his brother, John Philip Bickerstaff; a sister, Lyn Bickerstaff-Garner and husband Ronald all of Amarillo, and a host of nieces and a nephew. The family will receive guests at 1017 Shasta Dr.
