Debra Mae Gray

Debra Mae Gray 60, of Amarillo died Tuesday January 31, 2012 in Panhandle. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Hal Rogers, pastor of Pleasant Valley Christian Church officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Gray was born in Amarillo on August 27, 1951 to B.C. ""Bobby"" and Jo Beth Terry. She worked as an accountant in Midland for many years. She returned to Amarillo in 1992 where she owned and operated a private children's daycare until her retirement in 2007. She married Gary Hensler in 1968. In 1983, she married Wesley Gray. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley in 2010, a daughter, Terri Beth Hensler in 1972 and her grandmother, Ruby Bardwell in 2010. She is survived by 1 son, Ty Hensler of Borger, 1 daughter, Tami Hensler of Tulsa, OK, 1 step-son, Wesley Lee Gray of Mt. Pleasant; a brother, Chuck Terry and his wife Renee of Amarillo; 2 sisters, Trena Terry of Kyle and Kelly Riddle and her husband Gary of Haslet; 6 grandchildren. The family suggests memorial donations be made to St. Ann's Nursing Home, 125 St Ann's Drive, Panhandle, Texas 79068 The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home and will be at 4444 Lyndale Dr. in Amarillo.
