Deloris Strauss

DeLoris Bellomy Strauss 81 of Amarillo died Wednesday May 31, 2006 in Amarillo. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday at South Georgia Baptist Church with Bob Miller officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel, 8310 South Coulter Amarillo. Mrs. Strauss was rasied in the Oklahoma Panhandle. Mrs.Strauss Married her beloved husband Raymond in 1945. They moved to Amarillo in 1952. Mrs. Strauss loved horses and sewing, most of all she loved her family and all her dear friends. Mrs. Strauss was a member of South Georigia Baptist Church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include: husband Raymond (Ray) Strauss of the home, 4 daughters,Bonnie Carney, Connie Wilson of Amarillo, Marilyn Jackson, of Arlinton TX. Janet Head of Irving TX, 2 sons Dempsey Strauss, and Raymond Douglas Strauss of Amarillo. 11 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.
