Dennis Wayne Woolam

Dennis Wayne Woolam, 62, of Amarillo died Tuesday, August 17, 2021, in the comfort of his home. The family will host a memorial service at Christian Heritage Church (900 S. Nelson) at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 21st officiated by Craig Lawlis. Arrangements and cremation are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. Dennis was born in Andrews, Tx. July 17, 1959, to Johnnye and Alvis Woolam. Dennis was very hardworking and very generous. Dennis was a servant of God and loved to spread the Lord's word. He was very active in Toys for Tots, "Hardcore" Motorcycle, and prison ministries. His personality shined in everything he did. He loved making people laugh. He married the love of his life, Glynda in 1985. His family meant the world to him. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Richard. He is survived by his wife, three daughters; Ceara Broaker, Rebecca Nichole Wilson, and Rachel Elizabeth Pool, one son, Brian Daniel Woolam, ten grandchildren; Jordyn, Chloe, Jesslyn, Jaelee, Rileigh, Makaylah, Joseph, Zachary, Joshua, and Trenton, three sisters; Carla, Nancy, and Jo, and one brother, Ed.
