Diane Price

Diane Price, 71, of Amarillo passed away on December 9, 2021. Funeral services will be 10:00 am on Thursday, December 16 at Rector Funeral Home Officiated by Pastor Matt Johnson with The Loft Church. Arrangements and Cremation are by Rector Funeral Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. The family will receive guests Tuesday and Wednesday 6-8 pm at the Funeral Home. Diane was born in Groom, Texas to JC and Novelle Henry. She attended Palo Duro High School and graduated in 1969. Diane was a very passionate and loving woman of God. Her biggest passions in life were politics, family, and her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Diane loved to travel, cross-stitch, and watch medical tv shows. Diane loved to laugh and meet new people and had the most contagious smile in the world. In her final days, she enjoyed spending time "hitting the pavement" to support her political endeavors, travel with friends and family, and spread the word of God. When she believed in something she put her all into it and gave it everything she had. Diane was preceded in death by her father JC Henry and stepmother Juanita Henry. She is survived by her mother Novelle McPherson, her daughter Stacy Krizan and her husband Joe, her son Scott Price and wife Trisha, her sisters Susie Wigart and Terrie Barber, and brothers Charles McPherson, Chris McPherson and wife Annette, and Floyd Henry. Her grandchildren: Justin and fianc Taylor, Amber, Kailynn and fianc Leo, Marissa Pollard and husband Evan, Kenzey and husband Erik, Braeden and fianc Britney, Chance and fianc Dakota, and her great-grandchildren: Kyleigh, Stetson, Zakkai, Piper, Emma, Kelby, Leif, Bowen, and Talan. She also leaves behind her dog Missy, numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends including Kathy Mcleroy, Ann Riffel, Adella Tobar, and Becky Guess.
