A celebration of her life will be held at 2:30 pm Friday, December 31 at Amarillo South Church with Rev. Jed Humphrey, minister of worship at South Georgia Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Survivors include a son, Luis Ortega of Amarillo; 1 brother, Roberto Ortega of Houston; 6 sisters, Maria De Los Anjeles of Houston, Guadalupe Juarez of Alvin, Juana Yanez of Denver City, Elidia Martinez of Rosenberg, Caridad Ramirez of Houston, Lusi Garcia of Rosenberg.
