Donald 'Bud' Cook

Donald Bud Cook 78, of Amarillo died Sunday April 12, 2015 in Amarillo. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in Caprock Baptist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Bud was born on March 21, 1937 in Fowler, Colorado. He was a dedicated and loving husband, father and PaPa. Bud enjoyed bowling in his younger days, gardening and watching old western movies after his retirement in 1998. Bud will be truly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his wife; Mickie Cook of 57 years, five daughters; Debbie Anderson and her husband JL, Donna Hargrove and her husband Kevin, Denisa Neet Kimball and her husband Larry, Diana Russell Linder and Ashley Rogers and her husband Russell. Nine Grandchildren; Brandi Bartlett, Donny Putman, Kristina Lansing, Jeremy Kimball, Steve Bybee, Josh Kimball, Ben Morrison, Journey Kimball, Klint Hargrove. 17 great grandchildren; Hope, Brooke, Faith, Brittany, Kimbrie, Payton, Alyssa, Aiden, Grace, Avery, Tyler, Whittier, Kamryn, Haylee, Blu, Addison, and Brandon.
