Donald William Michel

Donald William Michel, 96 years old, of Amarillo, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, at BSA Hospice of Southwest Texas.

Donald was born on September 23, 1928, in Chihuahua, Texas and was the son of the late Willam and Babs (Tate) Michel. He served in The United States Army and was a sales representative in building materials.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by daughter, Laura Michel; son-in-law, Mark Cornelius; and daughter-in-law, Deborah Cornelius. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ann Marie Michel; son, Lige Michel; daughters: Beth Moss, Brandie Cornelius, and Carrie Cornelius; twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
