Donna Faye Ireland

Donna Faye Ireland, 66, of Amarillo died May 17, 2021. The memorial service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, May 20 at Rector Funeral Home officiated by James Griffin. Arrangements and cremation are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. Donna was born in Clifton on July 25, 1954, to Barbara and Ray Finstad. Donna was a simple woman, but she was sure feisty. She didnt mind giving you a hard time. She loved taking care of her grandbabies. You almost had to pry them away from her. She loved to read, enjoyed crocheting and watching the Dallas Cowboys. She was a very devoted fan! She also enjoyed watching movies, From John Wayne to Sci-fi or Chuck Norris. She loved Big cats; lions, tigers, but particularly the snow leopard. She enjoyed playing bingo and just about any Facebook game. Donna spent many years at the bowling alley. She met many friends over the years bowling. Every Christmas, Donna made her "Secret" fudge recipe. She enjoyed making candy. Donna is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ray Finstad Jr. She is survived by her two daughters; Carrie Philips and her husband James and Crystal Ireland, Her three sons; Kevin Ireland and his wife Jessica, John Ireland, Kyle Ireland and his wife Kaysha, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild, her sister Jackie Bledsoe and her husband Steve, and one brother Doyle Finstad and his wife Ambra.
