Donna Faye Ward

Donna Faye Ward 69 of Amarillo died Sunday August 5, 2007 at Amarillo. Memorial Service will be at 10:00 AM Thursday August 9, 2007 at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Pastor Dale Travis of Family Life Church officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage St., Amarillo TX. Mrs. Ward was born in Broken Arrow OK on February 5, 1938. She met Thomas Ward in Roswell NM and they were married on August 28, 1956 in Roswell. She enjoyed camping and fishing and enjoyed spending time at the cabin in Ruidoso. She was a woman with a heart of gold. She was known for her kindness and generosity. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and a member of the South Georgia Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include: her husband Thomas Ward; two sons, Charles Ward and Christopher Ward and his wife Stephanie; both of Amarillo; a sister Helen Ashley; of Amarillo; two brothers, Henry Spencer of Amarillo and Tommy Spencer; three grandchildren, Caleb Ward; Shane Ward and Ethan Ward all of Amarillo; and a niece Charlotte Green of Amarillo.
