Edna M. Fox

Edna M. Fox 66, of Amarillo died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Friday in Llano Cemetery with Gemma Reyes, Odyssey Hospice chaplain officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Fox was born in Scott, Arkansas. She moved to Amarillo in 2008 from Balch Springs. She worked as a private home health provider for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Fox in 2006. Mrs. Fox is survived by her son, Madison Lynn Hix of Hereford; 6 sisters, Frances Holbert of Balch Springs, Margaret Scott of Hereford, Helen Clare of Coleman, Gladys Walker of Ringling, OK and Judy Brown and Katy Holmes both of Amarillo; 4 brothers Billy Ray Applegate and Chris Applegate both of Littlefield, Maynard Applegate of Pampa and Rudy Applegate of Amarillo , 3 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
