Eldren Charles Maixner

Eldren Charles Maixner, 77, of Amarillo, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 in Amarillo. A gathering of friends will be held on Friday February 9, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage St.. Burial will be held at Noel Cemetery, in Noel Missouri. Mr. Maixner worked for the railroad as an engineer for 39 years. He was a veteran of the Korean War, and had been with the Top of Texas AA program for 40 years. He is survived by two daughters, Penny Craft and her husband Kevin of Reed City Michigan; Cindy Maixner of Lubbock and a son, Avery C. Maixner of Los Angeles.
