Elena Trevino

Rosary will be said at 5 p.m. today in Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Jose Gomez as celebrant. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery East. Elena was born Jan. 17, 1944, to Pedro Lopez and Benita Hernandez. She lived the majority of her life in Amarillo. Elena worked for the Donut Stop until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling to Roma to visit her family and friends. Survivors include her seven children, Maribel Salinas, Vianey Garza, Anna M. Trevino, Jose Luis Trevino, Jerardo Trevino, Fernando Trevino and Andres Trevino; 20 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
