Estevan Rodriguez, 43, of Amarillo passed Thursday, September 2, 2021. Service will be held at 1pm Wednesday, September 8 at Christian Heritage Church (900 S Nelson St, Amarillo, TX 79104) Officiated by Jake Bunn. Arrangements and Cremation are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. The family will receive guests Monday 1-7 pm and Tuesday 6-8 pm at the funeral home, where flowers can also be sent Estevan was born in Alice, TX on May 31, 1978, to Odilia Garza and raised with his Stepfather, Steven Garcia whom he not only looked up to as a father but as a mentor. He was known as a gentle giant who loved sharing the word of God to those he knew and strangers alike. His love for the Lord led him to set a good example to his friends, family, and those at his church. He was a very honest man yet at times was stubborn as they came. Estevan didnt mind giving someone a hard time, but you knew it was out of love. He often made lemonade out of the lemons life handed him by keeping his faith high and his head down to overcome. Estevan's last love Autumn he met on Facebook after many back and forth debates, they agreed to a first date at the Tails and Scales expose, and in Estevan fashion, they went to church on the second date. His family meant the world to him. He was very protective of his brother and sister. He loved to give back to children. Estevan was Preceded in death by his grandpa, John Garcia, grandma, Susanne Duran, two aunts; Ida Garza Teague, and Marylou Chambless, one uncle, Daniel Garcia, one nephew, Angel Pudge Rodriquez. He is survived by his Fianc, Autumn Sanchez, his parents, Odilia Garza and Steven Garcia his two daughters; Caitlyn (Catt) and Estrella Rodriguez, his stepchildren; Kylee, Isabelle, Aydrien Martinez, Riley Ramirez, Alexis Crance, Alison, and Abby Walker, his brother, Albert Rodriquez and his wife Crystal, and his sister, JoAnn Carabajal and her husband Derek, His two half-sisters; Chrissy Mejia and Amanda Rodriguez, and two half-brothers; Rolando Rodriguez Jr. and Francisco Rodriguez. and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
