Frances Fisher

Frances Fisher 77, of Amarillo died Saturday, May 12, 2012 in Amarillo. Services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Fisher was born in Santa Anna. She moved to Amarillo in 1969 from California. She worked at Whitney Russell Printers for many years. She retired in 1984. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking for her family and bargain shopping. She married Jack Truman Fisher on January 21, 1956 at Carlsbad, NM. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2008 and a brother, James Osborn in 2011. Mrs. Fisher is survived by 1 daughter, Kathy Kirk and her husband Rene of Amarillo; 4 sons, Larry Wayne Fisher and his wife Tammy of Fruitland, IA, Kenneth Jack Fisher of Pensacola, Fla., Byron Dayton Fisher and his wife Deborah of Rio Rancho, NM, and Starlen Keith Fisher and his wife Sharon of Amarillo; 1 sister, Rusty Smith of Mullen; 1 brother Kenneth Osborn of Mullen; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
