Gaston 'Dale' Dobbs

Gaston Dale Dobbs, 80, of Clarendon died Thursday, February 17, 2022. Graveside service 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 22 at Llano Cemetery officiated by James Griffin. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage. Gaston was born in Oklahoma City Ok. on November 29, 1941, to Gaston Eugene and Mary Dobbs. He loved boating, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoyed water skiing. Gaston was a hard worker and a craftsman. He enjoyed renovating boats. He spent a lot of time at Lake Meredith and Ute Lake. Gaston also enjoyed going to the flea market and the boat stores. Gaston was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Jean Morton, and one brother Don Dobbs. Gaston is survived by his three daughters; Kathie Brown and her husband Craig, Kim Sandford and her husband Tod, and Cassie Whitecotton and her husband Thomas, eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
