Gayle Webb

Gayle Webb 66, of Amarillo died Monday December 7, 2009 in Amarillo. Graveside services will be at 4:00 PM Tuesday in Llano East Cemetery, Field of Valor with Rev. Dale Moreland associate pastor of The Church at Quail Creek officiating. Military honors will be by the DAV Chapter #26. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mr. Webb was born in Amarillo. He served in the Navy from 1961-1967. He worked as a facilities supervisor at Bell Helicopter for 17 years. He also worked as a facilities supervisor at Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital for 11 years and Amarillo ISD facilities department. He was a member of The Church at Quail Creek. Mr. Webb loved woodworking. He was a wonderful husband, father and father-in-law. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn, 1 daughter Susan Skaggs and her husband Hal of Amarillo; 1 brother, Jerry Webb and his wife Linda of Amarillo; an aunt, Gay Trimble of El Paso and his beloved dog, Mandy. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be to the American Heart Association.
