George Lee Couch

George Lee Couch, 63, of Amarillo died Sunday, March 25, 2007.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2007, in Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St., with the Rev. Robert Field officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.

Mr. Couch married Connie Jean Holzkamper on Nov. 8, 1992, in Amarillo. He was a kind-hearted, loving person and there was not anything he would not do for anyone. He adored his family and was a very loving husband and father.

He loved riding his motorcycle, fishing, gambling and enjoyed playing gin. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Connie; two daughters, Carol Shepard of Amarillo and Teresa Gayle Sullivan of Coppell; a son, Wayne Couch of Oklahoma City; two stepdaughters, Coyletta Lovelady and Billie Jo Jella, both of Amarillo; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to the Don & Sybil Harrington Cancer Center, 1500 Wallace Blvd., Amarillo, TX 79106.
