Glenda F. ""Turley"" Sloss, 66, of Amarillo died Saturday February 18, 2006; after a long hard battle with lung cancer. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 Am Tuesday February 21, 2006 at Fox Ridge Church of God, with Pastor F. M. Small officiating, Burial will be at 1:30 PM in Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Dumas, TX. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel, 8310 South Coulter Amarillo. Mrs. Sloss married Franklin Dee Sloss on May 23, 1955 in Dumas, TX; she is preceded in death by a son Jerry Don Sloss in 1994. Survivors include: her husband Dee Sloss of the home, 1 son Terry Lynn Sloss and his wife Nancy of Kansas City, Mo, 1 brother Ed Turley of Amarillo, 1 sister Pamela Abernathy of Whitesboro, TX, 2 grandchildren Christopher Sloss and his wife Crystal of Amarillo, Sharie Sloss of Beeville, TX, and 1 great grandchild Devon Harley Campos of Beeville, TX.
