Gracie Elizabeth Hill

Gracie Elizabeth Hill, 64, of Amarillo died Saturday April 5, 2003 at Amarillo. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday at Rector Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Field, retired Baptist minister officiating. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Mrs. Hill was born Gracie Elizabeth Marsh on May 25, 1938 to Guy and Lola Marsh in Whitney, TX. She married Ray Hill of Whitney on December 21, 1957. They settled in Amarillo in 1964. She was a homemaker, and worked as a teachers aide and volunteer at Lawndale Elementary School. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers. Survivors include her husband of the home; 2 sons Allan Hill and his wife Linda of Cibolo, TX, and Greg Hill and his wife Elaine of Amarillo; 2 sisters Mozelle Henry of Victoria, TX, and Charlotte Loving of Rockwall, TX; 3 brothers, Thomas Marsh of Itasca, TX, Donald Marsh of Burleson, TX, and Bobby Marsh of Houston, TX; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
