Helen Dominguez

Helen Dominguez 70, of Amarillo, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021, in Amarillo. Memorial services will be at 1 pm Tuesday, Sept 21, 2021, at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Scott Davey, associate pastor of Grace Church officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Helen was born in Oakland, MD. She moved to Amarillo in 2015 from Maryland. Helen was a devoted Christian and loved sharing her faith with everyone she met. She was a godly woman and a wonderful wife. Helen enjoyed redoing furniture and was always busy crafting. She was great at decorating and enjoyed knitting. She married Pete Dominguez on April 2, 2015 in Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Terry Schrock. Helen is survived by her husband; two daughters, Patti Moon of New Bern, NC and Libby Moon Yura of Munhall, PA; two sons, James Moon of Oakland, MD and Lucas Dominguez of Amarillo; three brothers, Robert Dale Schrock and Timmy Schrock both of Oakland, MD and Calvin Schrock of Aurora, WV; one sister, Charlotte Smearman of Friendsville, MD, and several grandchildren.
