Houston Edwin White

Houston Edwin White 82, of Amarillo, died Monday April 14, 2014 in Amarillo. Memorial Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday April 22, 2014 at the Amarillo Veterans Administration. Inturnment will be at the Elgin, Ok cemetery. Cremation arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage. Mr. White was born December 13, 2013 in Ada, OK. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. Mr. White married Wilda Rose Lee and raised three wonderful children. He spent most of his life as a professional shuffle board player. He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Josephine White, a sister Janet Canady, and a brother Joe Fred White. Survivors include, a son Bradford L. White of Pismo Beach, CA, two daughters Lynda K. Jewell of Tyler, and Karen Robers of London, England, a sister Charolette Schroeter of Amarillo. 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren,and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
