Ruth Boyd, 84, of Amarillo died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2014. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery East. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage. Ivol Ruth Perry was born June 4, 1930, in Franklin Township, Kan. Mrs. Boyd worked at Bovina Wheat Growers and Adrian Wheat Growers as a bookkeeper for many years, along side her husband Earl. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Florence Perry; her husband, Earl, in 2005; and two sons-in-law, Buck Pike and Bill Kelley. Survivors include two daughters, Gale Kelley of Midland and Dala Pike of Amarillo; her grandchildren, Cheryl Tubbs, Cynthia Lavarro and Billy Kelley, all of Midland, Michael Pike of Amarillo and Michele Pitre of Bridge City; and 11 great-grandchildren.
