James Norman White

James White 83, of Amarillo died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018 in Amarillo Private family burial will be at the City of Lubbock Cemetery, Thursday, December 27, 2048 in Lubbock. James was born in Old Town, ME. He moved to Amarillo in 1964 from Lubbock. He worked a scale technician for may years. He retired from ASARCO in 1997.James was a hardworking, loving father and husband. He served in the Marines and the Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth; one son Phillip Dedman of Amarillo; one daughter, Nina Frazier and her husband Frank of Onalaska; four grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. The family suggest memorial donations to the Thomas E. Creek VAMC Cancer Center, 6010 Amarillo Blvd W. 79106.
