Janice Horn

Janice ""Jan"" Horn 50 of Amarillo died Friday March 28, 2008 in Amarillo. Services will be 2:00 PM Monday at Rector Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Burd, pastor of Christian Heritage Church officiating. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St., Amarillo, Texas. Mrs. Horn was born in Carrollton, MO. She moved to Amarillo in 1976 from Hereford. She worked as a respiratory therapist at High Plains Baptist Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center before becoming disabled. She married Donnie Horn in 1983 at Amarillo. Survivors include: her husband; 1 daughter, Stefanie Horn and her husband Ralph Royval of Amarillo; 1 son Brandon Horn and his wife Autumn of Amarillo; 1 brother Doyle Bock, Jr. of Richmond, VA; and 3 grandchildren, Dakota, Alexus and Kalli. The family will be at 1507 S. Hayden and request memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312
