Jason Lee Poisel 37, formerly of Amarillo died Thursday, August 13, 2020 near Groom. Memorial services will be at 10 am Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Jason was born in Amarillo and attended Randall High School. He was an excellent father and provider. He worked hard and was a mentor to many children over the years. Jason was a handyman. He enjoyed woodworking and building things. He was a "Jack of all trades". Jason was also an artist. He married Lindsey Thomas on April 6, 2015 in Albuquerque, NM. He was preceded in death by his father, his step-father, a step-daughter and a brother. Jason is survived by his wife; five sons, Zane Matthew, Mason Cash, Kristopher Ryan, Felix Anthony and Elijah Benjamin; his mother, Liddie Simmons Poisel; six brothers, Kenneth, Jesse, Gary, James, Bobby and Cody; two sisters, Melody and Melissa; three grandchildren.
