Jean Olson

Jean Olson, 79 of Amarillo died Friday October 14, 2005 in Amarillo. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel with John Love, associate pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church officiating. Cremation and arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel 8310 S. Coulter St. Mrs. Olson was born in Ada, OK. She moved to Amarillo in 1976 from Oakland, CA. She worked as a data processor at St. Anthony's Hospital for 14 years. She retired in 1990 as the Director of Data Processing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Maude Jackson; a sister, Irene Cox; and her brother-in-law, Arno Cox. Survivors include: 2 sisters, Gladys Stone of Cedar Creek Lake and Barbara Adams and her husband C.D. of Amarillo; her brother, Robert ""Bob"" Jackson and wife Edna of Odessa and numerous nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorial donations a favorite charity.
