Jeanine Celey

Jeanine Celey, 74, of Amarillo died Tuesday October 2, 2012 in Amarillo. Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Inman Crawford, Brother in Law officiating. Interment will be at Llano East Cemetery, Field of Valor. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Celey was born in Memphis. She moved to Amarillo in 1950. She worked for H&R Block for many years. After retiring from H&R Block, Mrs. Celey worked with her family as a bookkeeper and secretary at R&I Paint Supply. She was a loving wife mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She married Bobby Joe Celey in 1953. He preceded her in death in 2009. Mrs. Celey is survived by 2 daughters, Carrie Jean Miller and her husband Randy of Amarillo and Tammie Marie Brannon of Oklahoma City; 2 sons, Michael Joe Celey and his wife Stacy and Robert Paul Celey and his wife Darci all of Amarillo; 1 sister, Martha Crawford and her husband Inman of Amarillo; 2 brothers, John Ray Knightstep and his wife Kathy of Lake Whitney and Ronald Knightstep and his wife Wanda of Amarillo; 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel.
