Jesse Jeroade Watters, 48, went home on Sunday February 25, 2018 at the Amarillo VA Medical Center. Services will be Friday, March 2, 2018, 3pm at Rector Funeral Home with the family officiating. Jesse Watters was born, October 13, 1969 in Amarillo TX to Billie Gasaway. He graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1988. Jesse went on to join the Navy and served his country honorably. Jesse lived in Houston and also in Fort Worth before returning to Amarillo. Jesse was a man of many talents that played various roles in his life, all of which he took great pride. Jesse was known and loved for the laughter he brought into any room he entered. One of his passions in life was his ability to turn any dish into a gourmet meal. Jesse started his own Personal Chef service and founded Let's Cook Gourmet in 2004. He brought joy to other peoples lives through the flavor and flair of food artistry. He and his wife produced and directed his own cooking show that aired on the CW33 and he became a local Celebrity Chef. Jesse was preceded in death by his beloved brother Donald Watters. He is survived by his mother Billie Gasaway, wife Adriane Watters, children, Donovean, Maryam, Ismail, Nidhal, Jessa, Micah, Nicholas and Amina. His sister and brothers, Anita Mark, Kerrain Watters, Robert Watters, and Windell Watters, Jesse also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved him dearly. The family suggests memorials be sent to Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St., Amarillo, TX 79103.
